Spring 2008		  
ALL PARENTS & PRIMARY CARETAKERS
(Mondays/ SE Denver 6:00 – 8:00 pm) Meets at Families First Family Center; 2163 S Yosemite, Denver, 80231. Entrance off Warren Ave. Free Children’s Group.  Families First staff & volunteers facilitate group & Children’s Group.  Group does not meet on MLK, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and between Christmas and New Years.
GRANDPARENTS IN THE PARENTING ROLE
(1st, 3rd, 5th Mondays of each month/ SE Denver: 6:00-8:00 pm)  Meets at Families First Family Center; 2163 S Yosemite, Denver, 80231. Entrance off Warren Ave. Free Children’s Group.  Families First staff & volunteers facilitate group & Children’s Group. Grandparents group does not meet on MLK, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and between Christmas and New Years.
ALL PARENTS & PRIMARY CARETAKERS
(Wednesdays/ N Denver 9:30 – 11:30 am)  Meets at Denver Friends Church, 4595 Eliot St, Denver, 80211, south of I-70 at Federal.  Park in parking lot, enter at main entrance from parking lot.  Group is topic-focused & fulfills many requirements for parenting classes. Begin at any time during revolving 12-week series. Materials provided - one-time fee of $60.  After series completion, you may attend future group meetings for free. Families First staff & volunteers facilitate this group & Children’s Group.  Registration required for support group and Children’s Group.  Call 303-745-0327 to register.
SINGLE PARENTS
(1st, 3rd, and 5th Thursday of Each Month/ DU area: 6:30 – 8:00 pm) Meets at Evanston United Methodist Church.  2122 S Lafayette, Denver 80210. Located on the SE corner of Lafayette and Evans, between Downing and University Ave.  This group focuses on the special issues of single parents.  Free Children’s Group.  Families First staff and volunteers facilitate this group and Children’s Group. Group does not meet between Christmas and New Years.
PARENTS OF PRE-SCHOOLERS
(Tuesdays/ S Denver area: 6:30-8:00 pm) Meets: St Gabriel’s Episcopal Church, 6190 E Quincy, Cherry Hills Village. I25 to Hampden; west to Happy Canyon, south to E Quincy, turn right, church on south side. Group focuses on special issues of parenting children from 1 - 4 yrs. Free Children’s Group. Families First staff & volunteers facilitate this group & Children’s Group.
